This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

“Limellia is here to help you care for your plants. Here, simply put, are the rules of the game between you and us.”

The essentials:

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Limellia mobile application (the “App”), published by Tatsiana Zubro (see §2). By downloading, installing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Publisher and hosting

The Limellia App is published by Tatsiana Zubro, sole trader (French “entrepreneuse individuelle”, EI) — 206 rue Conte Devolx, 13300 Salon-de-Provence, France — SIREN 106 153 810.

The App and this website are hosted by Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, Firebase Hosting). Distribution is handled by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play).

3. Description of the service

Limellia notably lets you: identify plants from a photo, obtain a health diagnosis and care advice generated by artificial intelligence, build a virtual “garden”, follow care tasks, and progress through a non-monetary reward system (points, “Sap”, medals).

The service evolves: features may be added, changed or removed to improve the App.

4. Access and account

5. Free version and advertising

The App can be used for free. The free version displays ads (Google AdMob), including opt-in video ads that grant additional analyses. The number of free analyses may be limited. The processing of advertising data is described in the privacy policy.

6. Limellia Plus subscription

7. Important disclaimer about AI advice

Identifications and diagnoses are generated by an artificial intelligence (Google's Gemini models). Like any AI, it can be wrong.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its name, its character and mascot “Limellia”, its texts, its interface, its illustrations, its visual identity and its content are protected and remain the property of the publisher or its partners. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the App. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit the App or its content without written authorisation.

The photos you take remain your property; they are processed as described in the privacy policy.

9. Use of the service

You agree to use the App in accordance with the law and these Terms. The following are prohibited in particular: any attempt to circumvent technical or security limitations, automated or abusive use of the analysis services, and any action aimed at disrupting the operation of the App or the third-party services it uses.

10. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in detail in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and the publisher. You can delete your account and your data directly from the App (Profile → Account → Delete my account).

11. Availability and liability

12. Duration and termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. The publisher may suspend or restrict access in the event of a breach of these Terms or fraudulent use.

13. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may evolve with the App. Any substantial change will be announced in the App or on this page before it takes effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you are invited to contact us first at contact@limellia.com to seek an amicable solution.
